International Office

The team International Office is a department of the UKE. The International Office is the "headquarter" for the complete administration and organization of international patients in the UKE and for the coordination with clinical departments and clinical directors.

All requests and contacts need to address the International Office first. Of course some of our patients have personal contacts to professors and doctors.
Nevertheless, please keep the International Office informed in such cases.

The team-members of the International Office are: the managing director, two case-managers, a manager for guestdoctors, -students and -scientists, an accountant, a supervising nurse and a supervising doctor of the international ward of the UKE.
